Description of Work/Assignment: Work in groups to tell the Earth’s geological story. Picking an available topic. Using three reputable sources, create a slideshow to discuss what you have learned about the topic with your classmates that is creative and concise
When doing this project I used thinking and problem solving skills. Meeting the requirements of the project was a interesting challenge. I had to think hard about how to create my name for the logo. Doing so, I created several drafts and failed a lot; eventually though I figured out how to meet the requirements.
Which 21st Century Skill do you feel this assignment addresses, and why? This assignment addressed Communication Skills. I had to be part of a team in this assignment and communicate with my partner Rachel.
What are you most proud of from this assignment, and why? I am most proud of the way that I looked for reputable resources in this assignment. Searching for these resources was no easy task, and I had to look for over an hour to find each reliable source of my information.
How did you develop and/or improve upon your 21st Century Skill with this assignment? I developed and improved my communication skills in this assignment by working as a participating member of a project team. I collaborated equally with my partner in order to complete this assignment.
How could you improve this work? If you could start over, what would you do differently? If I could improve this assignment by starting over, I would change the theme of the slideshow. I did not like how our slideshow worked and thought that the theme of the slideshow did not fit the content.

How does this relate to what you have learned in the past? This relates to when I learned about the history of our Solar System back in the Third Grade. I learned some similar topics then that I researched again now
How can you apply this to future learning? I can apply this to future learning in a biology or microbiology class in the future.
