Name of Assignment: Chemical and Physical Changes Comic Strip.
Subject: Chemistry
Facilitator/Teacher: Mrs. S
This assignment we created a comic strip with cells on more than one page. We were tasked with informing the reader about two instances of physical and chemical changes.
When doing this project I used communication skills to communicate the ideas of the of chemical and physical changes and how they happen. I specifically communicated these ideas using written communication and expressed them through creativity in the arts.
From this project, I am most proud of my ability to write. This project was heavily weighted in drawing, but I am not very good at that, so I relied on my writing abilities to make up for it. Even though my art was horrible, the ways I explained chemical and physical changes made up for the art.
I developed my communication skills through the completion of this project. Communicating without words, but through writing and creativity is something that I am not very experienced at. Using these for the first time in a while developed my communication skills for written communication.
The most difficult and boring part of this task was the drawing. I do not like drawing. I am horrible at drawing. Being forced to draw sucks. I had no motivation to do this project other than getting a grade, so it made it really challenging for me to complete.
If were able to redo this project today, I would definitely try do better with the art. Drawing specifically is a weakness that I have and it could really be improved. Redoing the art would make the comic strip way more memorable and communicate the art much better.
This project did share some similar qualities to when I have created other comic strips in the past. Things like the art have not changed one bit, but other things like the story have improved as I got better at writing

Applying this to future learning will most likely not be very challenging because I have already done several comic strips. Many of them have been about things we have learned in that specific class. If I have to do one again I will take notes from what I have learned from the completion of this comic strip and apply it to this the next one.
